I've visited the Sub Zero and Wolf factory in Madison WI a couple of times but it was fun to tour their factory in Goodyear AZ this week to see where the new integrated units are being manufactured.
Sub-Zero and Wolf started production in their new 440,000 manufacturing facility in Goodyear, AZ in fourth quarter of 2011.
We toured this facility with some of the best Kitchen designers in the World at the Sub Zero and Wolf KDC event in Scottsdale AZ.
This realignment of manufacturing brought hundreds of jobs into the Phoenix area and continues their commitment to keep their manufacturing in the United States.
Every unit is tested for 8 hours to make sure everything is working properly
The Goodyear facility produces their New Generation line of integrated refrigeration along with the wine storage and undercounter refrigeration. In addition to dual refrigeration, the newly advanced integrated refrigeration features more industry-leading preservation technology including air purification; water filtration; and low-temperature, high-humidity produce drawers. Also, the New Generation integrated refrigeration products are now available in five widths – from a slim 18 inches to a spacious 36 inches, for more product combination possibilities – with redesigned installation features that make the products easier to install. They coordinate seamlessly with Wolf’s new products, which feature new exterior styles and refinements in performance.
