I just wanted to let you know how much my husband and I are enjoying our beautiful kitchen cabinets. It has been a long awaiting for my remodel and I couldn’t be anymore happier with our decision to go with Peppertree Kitchen & Bath, Inc.
It was such a pleasure working with you and the whole staff at Peppertree. As you well know, in the beginning, it took a little convincing to get my husband on board. We received bids from other cabinet companies and their bids were lower than yours but the quality and design was not there. We feel that the quality of Peppertree’s cabinets are totally worth the extra we had to pay. In fact I have asked my husband many times since the remodel has been completed if he has any regrets with the extra we had to pay for our cabinets and he has said every time “absolutely not”. We both feel that if we would have settled for any other cabinets we would have not been as pleased. I can not tell you how many of our friends have been taken back with how beautiful our remodel turned out, and the most comments we receive is about our cabinetry.
Also we have been very pleased with how good you and your company have been to make sure we are pleased with the ending results. Your installers have had to come back for a few minor changes (as per our request) and everyone we have worked with have been very pleasant and willing to make it just to our liking.
You are a great designer and very pleasant to work with; which was so welcoming for such a big undertaking such as a kitchen remodel.

We recently renovated an entire house and we were lucky enough to find Steve at Peppertree to help us with our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We love contemporary design and Steve helped us create our dream kitchen and designed our office, laundry, mud room and bathroom cabinets as well. This was a huge undertaking for us and he was extremely patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. If I changed my mind or second guessed myself, he were always willing to listen to my ideas, make changes or give advice. He wanted to make sure that the design was custom for our specific needs and how we were going to use each space. The customer service he and the entire team at Peppertree provided was outstanding. We felt like their most important client every time even though we knew they had clients that spend more on cabinets with them than we did on our entire home renovation! At one point we were over budget and he sat down with us and looked at creative ways we could get back to our budget without losing any functionality or sacrificing the design and look we wanted. If I had to do it all over again I would most definitely go straight to Steve at Peppertree. I highly recommend him and then entire team there. They are the best!

Steve was great to work with and responsive to any concerns we had. He helped implement the ideas we had and often improved on the plan or design we were following. Most of all he listened, something that is rare in this industry. The cabinets are stunning. We take cooking seriously and the layout works perfectly!
