Peppertree Kitchen & Bath builds custom cabinetry and each job is built to order and designed specifically for each client. It’s in the details of design and craftsmanship that set Peppertree apart. We marry traditional craftsmanship and experience with modern technology to give you a kitchen that will be a pleasure to work in now and for many years to come.

We also offer the line of LEICHT Cabinetry Imported from Germany. For more than 80 years now, LEICHT has been causing a stir with premium kitchens.

>> The first step in the process will be to meet to get to know each other and find out what you would like to accomplish, we will listen, gather information and give you our recommendations. If you project is a remodel we will visit your house to get a feel for the space and take measurements. If you are building a new house we will meet at our showroom to go over your house plans. We welcome you to bring your interior designer with you to our initial meeting or any drawings that your designer has done for you. If you would like to go to the next step after going over everything in our first meeting we will provide some initial drawings and a preliminary estimate.

>> The second step will be to meet and go over the Preliminary drawings, finish selections and estimate. If everything feels right at this point we will come to an agreement to work with you on revisions to the design until we have a final design that you love. This second step could go very quickly if your project is a remodel or an average home, but for larger homes it could take up to a year so we will need a commitment from you at this point to spend the time to develop detailed drawings, elevations and finish samples for your project.

>> The third step will be to come to a final agreement on the scope of work. We will have you sign each page of the drawings, approve your finish samples and sign our proposal. At this point we will double check your appliance and sink specifications to make sure that they work with our shop drawings as well as coordinating with your contractor and other trades to ensure a smooth installation. Once everything is double checked, signed off and turned in to our production department we will get you a delivery date so your other trades can plan around this date, we are usually around 8 weeks from turn in to delivery but this can vary. Any changes after this point could change the delivery date and have extra costs.

>> The fourth step will be the Installation of your cabinetry package. We take great pride in our installers and customer service. We have a dedicated Project Manager to oversee our installers and manage the process from start to finish. This gives you a second level of communication so if you call me when I’m in a meeting or otherwise unavailable you can always call Gilbert to find out what the status of your installation is, we know how important communication is to you at this point in your project, and you can always call my Junior Designers as well. We will also check in on our installers to make sure everything is going as planned and answer any questions they may have. Our goal is to follow through with your project from concept and design to the successful installation of your cabinetry package.
